Still, as a personal backup manager, it pretty much ticks all the boxes, allowing you to easily configure any number of local backup jobs, with a much greater degree of control and configurability than you’d expect for the price.Īs you’d imagine, the core functions include backing up the contents of one or more folders, and optionally restricting the selection to files of specified types. It’s licensed for non-commercial use only, so if you’re looking for a home office solution, this particular offering won’t fit the bill. The “CE” in this software’s name stands for “Community Edition” - but although this is a euphemistic way of saying ‘free’, that doesn’t mean this backup suite comes with no strings attached. ![]()
